Perfect Solutions is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

Experience: 2+ Years

• Manage and develop the company's social media accounts across different platforms.
• Create and execute monthly and weekly content plans.
• Write engaging and creative social media content and captions.
• Create social media designs and content using Canva.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, ideation, design, and marketing activities.
• Create and manage Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
• Manage community interactions, comments, and messages professionally.
• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and competitors.
• Prepare regular reports on social media and advertising performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.

• 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
• Good knowledge of Canva and social media content creation.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
• Strong content writing and creative thinking skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
