Social Media, Graphic Design & Showroom Coordinator

Furniture & Interiors | Doha, Qatar

CASTAMO is looking for a creative and client-oriented team member with strong social media, graphic design and customer communication skills.

• Manage daily Instagram, Facebook and showroom content.
• Create Stories, Posts, Reels and promotional campaigns.
• Photograph and film furniture, materials and showroom displays.
• Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software.
• Edit short videos using CapCut, Premiere or similar software.
• Respond quickly to WhatsApp, Instagram and online customer enquiries.
• Follow up with leads and book showroom appointments.
• Update customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Welcome showroom visitors and support the sales team.
• Prepare simple moodboards, furniture selections and client presentations when required.
• Support showroom opening and closing procedures.

• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Strong experience in Social Media and Content Creation.
• Good graphic-design skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and following up on enquiries.
• Good visual taste, especially for furniture, interiors or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with Canva / Adobe / CapCut.
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Currently based in Qatar.

Experience in furniture, interiors, luxury retail or home décor is an advantage.

Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Saturday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Weekly Day Off: Sunday

• The employee must be available to close the showroom at 10:00 PM.
