We are looking for a Social Media Intern who can create engaging content, manage social platforms, and turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos. This role is ideal for someone who combines social media savvy with video editing skills and modern AI tools to create content efficiently.

You will be creating content for our app: Mindsnack

Mindsnack helps people build essential life skills in just 2 minutes a day through bite-sized, practical lessons.

Salary: Up to Rs. 20,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Write captions, scripts, and hooks that drive engagement
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation and ideation
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Video editing skills for short-form content
• Good grasp of storytelling, hooks, and pacing for social media
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as: ChatGPT or Claude for captions, scripts, and ideation
• Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Pika, or similar tools for visuals
• Ability to create content quickly without compromising quality
• Creative eye and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop
• Experience running social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Understanding of social media analytics and metrics
• Experience creating ads or app promo content
