Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Listing role based in Alexandria. The Social Media Listing Specialist will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and develop marketing strategies to promote properties. The role involves regular communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment with marketing goals and enhancing brand presence in the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize strategies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage
