Social Media Manager for the UAE's fastest-growing boxing promotion

We're recruiting on behalf of the UAE's fastest-growing boxing promotion for a Social Media Manager. This is a chance to work inside the ropes, not outside them: ringside at their shows, in the gym with their fighters, building the story of a boxing brand as it scales, in real time, from your phone.

They've taken the brand from a standing start to 7.4 million views over the last two years, built an in-house content and design team, partnered with IFL TV, Boxing Social, and UAE Boxing Generation, and now have fighters closing in on WBC international title shots.

They're looking for someone who lives and breathes boxing and can turn that into content people stop scrolling for.

What you'll need:

• Deep knowledge of boxing, the sport, the culture, the personalities
• You box or train actively yourself; this isn't a role for someone who just watches
• Confidence on camera, unscripted
• Based in the UAE or ready to relocate
• Fast, clean mobile editing for Instagram Stories and Reels
• Working knowledge of Canva (you'll have a content creator and graphic designer supporting you, but you need to move fast solo too)
• A real strategy brain for TikTok and YouTube, not just posting on a schedule
• Comfortable owning sponsor deliverables and reporting
