The Open World Immigration Services FZCO (Dubai) is looking for a social media manager, Meta ads specialist, and CRM expert for a one-month mission.

The Open World is a global advisory firm specializing in Residency and Citizenship by Investment, with offices in Europe, the UAE, and Canada. We support clients and partners worldwide in navigating immigration and investment-migration programs.

Role Summary

We are hiring a professional for a one-month mission to strengthen our digital marketing operations. The role includes managing multilingual social media campaigns, running Meta ads, supporting online/offline marketing, and fully optimizing our GoHighLevel CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

Manage multilingual campaigns (English + Arabic/Farsi/Russian)

Prepare and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (FB/IG Ads Manager)

Optimize campaign performance, targeting, A/B testing, and analytics

Assist with the preparation of online and offline marketing materials

Structure and calibrate our GoHighLevel CRM

Build workflows, automations, pipelines, dashboards, and tracking systems

Improve segmentation, lead scoring, and follow-up sequences

Set up email/SMS templates, drip campaigns, funnels, and integrations

Support B2C and B2B marketing initiatives in multiple regions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent English (mandatory)

One additional language required: Arabic, Farsi, or Russian

Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, workflows)

Experience running Meta advertising campaigns (Ads Manager)

Social media content creation skills and analytics understanding

Good knowledge of funnels and digital marketing strategies

Ability to work independently, quickly, and with precision
