Job Description

Persian Horizon is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across key social platforms, while working closely with internal teams to ensure content supports business visibility, credibility, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media as a business channel, not just a posting schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day social media presence across:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • Plan and publish consistent, professional content aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on content direction and priorities
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure posting discipline
  • Stay updated on platform trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram (mandatory)
  • Experience managing business or brand accounts (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills and professional tone
  • Organized, consistent, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
