Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our team full-time at our Dubai office. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our clients brands through innovative and engaging content tailored for diverse digital platforms. You will be directly responsible to strategize, create, and execute content plans that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, refine your creative skills, and be an integral part of a thriving agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing & advertising teams to brainstorm ideas and create content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Execute well-planned content strategies across all platforms while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.

• Conduct research to understand audience preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies, using these insights to inform creative content development.

• Create graphics, infographics and other visual assets, demonstrating strong design skills to bring concepts to life.

• Contribute to video production processes through storyboarding, editing directions to editor, and delivering polished video content as required by the brand.

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.

• Maintain a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Content Creation, Writing, and Editing skills: Ability to craft compelling and professional content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management: Proven track record of creating impactful content and managing campaigns across social media platforms.

• Graphic design expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating visually compelling assets.

• Video creation: Expertise in video creation & editing tools and techniques, adding value to multimedia content creation.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities: Strong capacity to generate innovative ideas and solutions for diverse content needs.

• AI tools knowledge to create compelling content with a consistent urge to learn more every day

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively exchange ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.

• Teamwork and collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a team-driven environment while managing individual responsibilities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
