About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our online presence across social media platforms and our website. You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation through compelling content and a seamless digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create and publish high-quality content including graphics, captions, videos, and stories
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategy to stay ahead of the curve
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly
• Track and report performance metrics; use data to optimize strategy
• Manage and update the company website, including listing uploads, blog posts, team pages, and event promotions
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team and real estate agents to highlight new listings, success stories, and company culture

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media and digital content management
• Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
• Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
