About the Role
As part of our Social Media Team, you will be responsible for managing the digital presence of both our organization and its leadership. You will create and publish content across platforms, maintain our website, produce our internal publication, and cover events on the ground. This is not a desk-only role — it requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to wear multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Brand Management — Senior Leadership You will manage the LinkedIn presence of a senior leader within the organization. This includes crafting thought leadership posts, writing long-form articles, engaging with the professional community, and growing a credible and influential online presence that reflects the individual's vision and expertise.
Social Media — Official Brand Handle You will own and operate the organization's official Instagram account end to end. From building the content calendar to publishing feed posts, Reels, and Stories — you will be responsible for driving engagement, growing the follower base, and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice across every piece of content.
Website Management You will ensure our website is always up to date, accurate, and professionally presented. This includes publishing news and announcements, coordinating with the development team for technical changes, monitoring performance through analytics, and continuously improving the user experience and content quality.
Digital Publication You will research, write, edit, and publish our organization's regular digital newsletter. This involves sourcing stories from across departments, conducting interviews, curating updates, and managing the editorial calendar to ensure every edition is timely, well-written, and worth reading.
Event Coverage You will be the eyes and ears of the organization at every event, launch, and function. You will plan the content approach before each event, capture photos and videos on the ground, edit and publish content in real time or shortly after, and build a well-organized archive of all event media.
