Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social channels and grow the visibility and engagement of Which Media.

You'll manage multiple profiles across WhichSchoolAdvisor, SchoolsCompared and Parents United, all focused on helping parents make informed decisions about their child's education through trusted reviews, news and guides across the UAE, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and the UK.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Own the day-to-day management of our social media channels.
• Plan and manage the content calendar.
• Develop ideas and turn them into engaging content.
• Adapt editorial stories, campaigns and commercial content for social to drive website traffic.
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp to improve future content.
• Work closely with the wider team to turn briefs and ideas into finished campaigns.

A strong eye for visual content, experience with photo and video editing tools, and a good understanding of social platforms and performance data will all help you thrive in this role.

We're looking for someone based in the UAE, as the role may include on-site filming, school visits, events and team meetings. Most of the role will be completed remotely, so you'll need to be independent, self-motivated and comfortable setting your own goals while managing your time and stakeholders effectively.

Most importantly, you won't just be following a content plan. You'll help shape our content strategy and contribute directly to business growth.

This is a full-time freelance position, Monday to Friday, with 25 days paid leave plus public holidays.
