The Role

For our Headquarters in Dubai, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead WYCON's social media presence and contribute to the growth of the brand and its community across international markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East.

The role will be responsible for managing social media channels, developing engaging content and coordinating influencer marketing and digital communication activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Social Media Strategy in line with the brand's objectives and positioning;
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar across relevant platforms;
• Develop and coordinate creative content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels;
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and emerging formats to identify new growth opportunities;
• Manage Influencer Marketing and UGC activities, from scouting to collaboration coordination;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design and Product teams on campaigns and product launches;
• Monitor social media performance and analyse key KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Manage and engage the online community, contributing to brand awareness and growth across international markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Content Marketing;
• Previous experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion or Retail is preferred;
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and the main social media platforms;
• Strong passion for beauty, content creation, trends and influencer marketing;
• Ability to analyse social media performance and translate data into actionable insights;
• Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Italian language is a plus;
• Strong organisational, creative and interpersonal skills.
