YalloMind is a growth-focused marketing agency helping ambitious brands build presence, performance, and credibility across digital channels. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own content planning, execution, and community growth, end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (and others as needed)
- Translate briefs into strong social-first content (reels, carousels, stories, short-form scripts)
- Lead daily execution: posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, community management, and moderation
- Coordinate with designers/video editors and ensure brand consistency across visuals + tone of voice
- Own social performance: track KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, leads) and report insights weekly/monthly
- Spot trends, hooks, formats, and competitor movesthen turn them into content ideas fast
- Support campaign launches with clear CTAs and landing alignment (when needed)
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience managing social media for an agency or fast-moving brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram + TikTok + LinkedIn content mechanics
- Excellent copywriting (English is a must; Arabic is a big plus)
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Notion/Trello
- Basic understanding of paid boosting/Meta ads is a plus (not mandatory)
