ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Seline Clinic, renowned as the leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic in Russia. As part of our expansion to the heart of the Middle East, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing & Creative Director to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies while overseeing the creative direction of all digital and visual content. The Social Media Marketing & Creative Director will ensure that the clinic's brand image remains premium, engaging, and aligned with global aesthetic trends, driving both brand awareness and patient acquisition.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the clinic's marketing and brand goals.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars that include promotional campaigns, educational content, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, aesthetic industry developments, and digital marketing innovations.
Creative Direction & Content Production:
- Lead the creative vision for all visual and digital content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and advertising creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that showcase the clinic's services, results, and patient experiences.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and editing processes to maintain high visual standards.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce premium, engaging content.
Brand Management & Innovation:
- Ensure the clinic's brand identity is consistently represented across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Develop innovative marketing concepts that differentiate the clinic in the competitive aesthetic industry.
- Oversee storytelling strategies that highlight patient journeys, treatments, and clinic expertise.
- Introduce new formats, content ideas, and creative approaches to enhance audience engagement.
Reporting, Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and lead conversion.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with medical teams, call center staff, and management to align messaging and campaigns.
- Continuously improve content strategy based on audience insights, analytics, and campaign results.
- Ensure all digital communications align with company policies and brand standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 46 years of experience in social media marketing, or creative direction.
- Minimum 23 years of experience working in the UAE market
- Strong experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and digital content strategies
- Proven experience creating high-performing social media campaigns and viral content
- Strong creative vision with experience in content production, photography, and video direction
- Experience with social media analytics tools and digital marketing platforms
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment
- Experience in aesthetic, beauty, luxury, or medical clinics in Dubai is highly preferred
