Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to take ownership of our brands social media and digital marketing.

This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can plan campaigns, create content, identify opportunities and continuously bring new ideas to grow and improve our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, events, collaborations and brand moments
• Proactively bring new content and campaign ideas
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and social-first content
• Shoot and edit photo/video content when required
• Plan and coordinate larger content shoots
• Stay on top of Instagram/TikTok trends and understand what performs on each platform
• Manage and optimise paid social media advertising
• Monitor content and ad performance and recommend improvements
• Keep accounts active, relevant and consistently engaging

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience with Instagram and TikTok
• Hands-on content creation, filming and editing skills
• Experience with Meta/social media advertising
• Strong creative and visual judgement
• An understanding of branding, marketing and campaign planning
• The ability to work independently and take ownership
• A proactive mindset, someone who brings ideas rather than waits for instructions
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.

Salary Package:

AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
