Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publication of content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, creating visual and written content, scheduling campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and participating in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives. The intern will help maintain consistent brand voice, interact with followers, and collaborate with the team to align social media activity with broader marketing and mental wellness objectives. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexible collaboration with a global, multidisciplinary team. Expected remote work hours is approximately 14 hours a week.

Sep - Dec 2026, can be extended.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills and interest in Social Media Marketing and Marketing to support campaign planning and audience growth.
  • Candidates should be be able to copywrite, edit short form (10-20s) reels / engaging posts and interact with online communities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to assist with basic analytics, performance tracking, and cross-channel promotion.
  • Interest in mental wellness, creative arts, or youth-focused initiatives is beneficial. (Bonus)
  • Strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are preferred.
  • Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Design, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Other fields are welcomed to apply as long as you have passion and curiousity in social media marketing.
  • You have to have lived in Singapore for >1 month already to understand the culture knowledge required for this role.
