Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to support business goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Manage content calendars and run creative campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build brand presence.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements:
- 45 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong skills in content creation (visual & written).
- Solid experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creativity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
