Our English Group, LLC is seeking a Social Media MarketingManagerto lead the planning and execution of our social media marketingstrategistacross platforms. This role focuses on building a clear, consistent approach to how we show up online, from content planning and campaign strategy to performance tracking and ongoing optimization. TheManagerwill help shape messaging that reflects our mission and values while supporting both brand awareness and business goals.

This position is best suited for someone who can balancebig-picture strategy with strong day-to-day planning. You will create and manage a content calendar, coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and updates, and ensure posts aretimely, onbrand, and aligned with key initiatives. You will alsomonitorperformance and use insights to refine strategy over time.

A successful candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You should beconfidentsetting priorities, communicating clearly, and building repeatable processes that keep our social media efforts focused and consistent.

Suggested expectations toinclude:regular reporting on growth and engagement, clear monthly content themes and campaign plans, defined platform goals and KPIs(Key Performance Indicator), coordination with creative teams for assets, and a proactive approach to testing and improving content performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Our English Group's social media marketing strategy, including platform priorities, content themes, campaign planning, and monthly goals.
  • Create andmaintaina consistent content calendar that aligns with key initiatives, product releases, and brand messaging.
  • Write and schedule social content that reflects Our English Group's voice, mission, and values while supporting growth and engagementobjectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, assets, and approvals, ensuring content isaccurate,timely,and onbrand.
  • Plan and execute social campaigns to support awareness, enrollment, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on results, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use insights tooptimizecontent, posting cadence, and platform strategy, including testing and iteration to improve performance over time.
  • Maintain documentation and repeatable processes for content planning, approvals, and publishing to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing social media and content planning for a brand, organization, or mission-driven company.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a social media marketing strategy, including platformselection, campaign planning, content calendars, and performance reporting.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapttonefor different audiences whilemaintaininga consistent brand voice.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools, with the ability to track KPIs and translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort collaborating across teams to gather assets, coordinate approvals, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Understanding ofcontent marketing and basic design sensibilities, with the ability to work effectively with creative teams.
  • A proactive, self-directed work style with strong judgment, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in education, language learning, or community-focused brands is a plus.
