Social Media Marketing Manager
Full-time | On-site | Dubai
We're looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing dental clinic and lead our full digital presence. This is an exciting role for someone who loves taking ownership, building strategy, and also getting hands-on with execution.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and owning the full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Creating content plans, managing calendars, and ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Leading day-to-day content creation (reels, posts, stories) and supporting with copywriting
- Working closely with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure quality output
- Monitoring performance, optimising campaigns, and driving measurable growth
- Supporting marketing for clinic launches, events, partnerships, and product promotions
- Staying on top of trends within dental, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle sectors to keep our brand fresh and relevant
- Support with external events for our product sales
- Capture ADHOC content around the clinic and events
- Work with website team to ensure content is accurate
- Work closely with Clinical team for content
What we're looking for:
- 35 years of social media or digital marketing experience (healthcare or wellness is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and growth marketing
- Someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution
- Ability to manage external vendors and ensure consistent quality
- Creative, organised, and confident with analytics
- Excellent English communication skills
- Based in Dubai and available to start soon
