Job Description


Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow 2TOURS presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on brand awareness, community building, and customer engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content (including posts, stories, and short-form video), and aligning messaging with the brand's luxury and personalization positioning. The specialist will monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content based on data insights and audience behavior. Daily responsibilities include scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and supporting digital marketing initiatives such as influencer partnerships and paid campaigns. The role also includes contributing ideas to enhance customer experience, drive traffic to online channels, and support product launches and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey a luxury brand voice clearly and consistently in written and visual formats.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram Insights, scheduling platforms).
  • Strong design and video editing skills, with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva, to independently produce high-quality visual content (images, short-form videos, stories) aligned with the brand's luxury identity.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local audience engagement.
