Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored specifically for the Middle East market to increase engagement, brand awareness, and student enrollment.
- Create and curate high-quality, culturally relevant content (posts, images, videos, stories) that resonates with audience and showcases the advantages of 51Talk's online English education.
- Actively interact with the online community by responding to inquiries, managing comments, and encouraging dialogue to foster community awareness among current and prospective students.
- Conduct social media campaigns and promotional activities targeting Middle East learners, ensuring that events are localized, optimized for engagement, and drive potential customer leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities and content. Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and challenges in the Indonesian digital landscape to keep our social media approach innovative and effective.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in Middle East social media operations (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok etc), familiar with the operational mechanisms and strategies of each platform, with a preference for candidates with successful social media account management experience.
- Strong ability to capture internet hot topics and trends, with a high sensitivity to online language, active thinking, and the ability to quickly identify the characteristics of new market target audiences and social media account operation features.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, with a strong collaborative spirit, ability to work under pressure, and project management awareness to enhance the overall operational capabilities of the overseas team.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
