Job Description

Location: Jeddah, KSA

We are looking for a highly active, creative, and disciplined specialist who can handle daily operations while managing social media marketing, especially Instagram Reels, WhatsApp Stories, and WhatsApp community/group marketing.

This role is perfect for someone energetic who loves content creation, onsite operations, and managing daily admin tasks.

1. Social Media Marketing (Primary Focus)

Your main KPI is daily content output and engagement.

Daily Content Creation & Posting

  • Create and publish 3 Instagram Reel weekly
  • Post 3+ Instagram Stories daily
  • Post 1 WhatsApp Story daily
  • Share 1 post daily across community WhatsApp groups
  • Support cross-posting on TikTok, Snapchat & Facebook (4 platforms total)

Content Style

  • Short Reels
  • Behind-the-scenes videos
  • Staff moments, food clips, promotions
  • Clean, aesthetic, engaging content
  • Fast editing & posting (same day)

Engagement & Growth

  • Respond to comments and messages
  • Re-share customer stories
  • Manage WhatsApp marketing (groups + status broadcasting)
  • Collect trending sounds & ideas for Reels
  • Capture content during peak hours & weekends

2. Inventory & Store Operations

  • Create and maintain inventory for all three branches
  • Supervise monthly drinks & water audits
  • Help guide customer seating during busy times with a friendly approach

3. Daily Administrative Tasks

  • Scan and upload all daily invoices to Telegram
  • Report to manager about pending checklist staff by subordinates
  • Maintain staff records
  • Daily communication with Admin via Excel sheets
  • Track Baladiya Card and Iqama renewals

4. Staff Management & HR Support

  • Assist staff onboarding (bank accounts, Baladiya Card, medical, biometric)
  • Report staff delays and update duty schedules
  • Maintain all QIWA contracts & employee files (CDR, QIWA, etc.)

5. Facility & Equipment Management

  • Manage spare parts inventory
  • Organize storerooms and warehouses
  • Monitor CCTV functions
  • Support weekend floor management & collect customer feedback

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong experience with Instagram Reels & short video editing
  • Creative mindset with fast content turnaround
  • Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi & Arabic
  • Highly organized with strong reporting ability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with admin tools & HR systems (Mudad, QIWA, Absher Business)
  • Basic understanding of networking, POS systems & inventory systems
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Comfortable working weekends and flexible timings
  • Proficient in Excel & Canva & Photoshop or similar video/photo editing applications
  • ChatGPT prompt engineering

This role is 70% social media + 30% operations/admin.
