Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Coordinate closely with the videography and photography team for shoots, editing, and content delivery
Plan and supervise on-site shoots, ensuring content meets brand and platform requirements
Download, organize, and publish stories and videos across social platforms
Create and manage TikTok stories and short-form videos, including trends, transitions, and storytelling formats
Understand how to shoot content for social media, including angles, lighting, and framing
Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories
Monitor trends and adapt content to increase engagement
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for improvement
Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of TikTok content creation and story formats
Experience coordinating with video teams and managing production timelines
Knowledge of shooting techniques for social media content
