Social Media Executive

Location – Dubai

Banke International Properties is hiring a Social Media Executive with hands-on Dubai real estate experience.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy across key platforms, with a strong focus on content quality, strategic positioning, community engagement, competitor intelligence, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clear, structured social media strategy aligned with Banke's brand, business goals, and recruitment needs
Identify the right platforms for real estate lead intent and brand authority (not vanity reach)
Stay updated on platform algorithms, Dubai real estate content trends, and market shifts
Create high-quality, professional content focused on:
Primary & secondary market projects
Property consultant personal branding
Recruitment & employer branding
Market updates, launches, and credibility-driven content
Write clear, confident, error-free English captions with strong market understanding
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar with consistency
Brief and coordinate basic video/reel requirements (direction > shooting)
Manage comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain a brand voice that reflects trust, authority, and professionalism
Build engagement that supports leads, applications, and visibility — not empty interaction.
Conduct regular analysis of Dubai real estate competitors organic content. Use insights to continuously refine content and positioning
