نبحث عن شخص مبدع ومتخصص في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والحملات، يجيد *كتابة المحتوى العربي باللهجة السعودية*، ولديه معرفة متوسطة بالتصميم.

المهام المطلوبة:

* إعداد خطط المحتوى وتنظيم جدول النشر لكل منصة.

* كتابة البوستات والكابشن وسكريبتات الريلز باللهجة السعودية، بأسلوب طبيعي وجذّاب يناسب هوية العلامة التجارية.

* ابتكار أفكار للمحتوى والحملات تناسب الجمهور السعودي واهتماماته والمناسبات المحلية.

* تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات السوشيال ميديا، وتحديد أهدافها ورسائلها وجدولها، ومتابعة نتائجها.

* إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الممولة، وضبط الاستهداف والميزانيات، وتحسين الأداء وفقًا للنتائج.

* جدولة المنشورات واختيار مواعيد النشر بناءً على نشاط الجمهور وتحليل الأداء.

* متابعة التعليقات والرسائل وتشجيع التفاعل وبناء علاقة مع المتابعين.

* متابعة الترندات وتوظيف المناسب منها لخدمة المحتوى.

* إعداد تقارير مختصرة عن أداء المحتوى والحملات، مع اقتراحات عملية للتحسين.

* تنفيذ تصميمات وتعديلات بسيطة باستخدام Canva أو Photoshop، والتنسيق مع المصمم عند الحاجة.

*الأولوية للخبرة في السوشيال ميديا والحملات والإبداع في المحتوى السعودي، مع مستوى متوسط في التصميم.*

نبحث عن شخص منظم، مبادر، يهتم بالتفاصيل، ويجمع بين الأفكار الإبداعية والقدرة على التنفيذ والمتابعة.

We're looking for a creative social media professional with experience in managing social platforms and campaigns, strong *content writing skills in Saudi Arabic*, and intermediate design skills.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop content plans and maintain a publishing calendar for each platform.

* Write posts, captions, and Reels scripts in natural, engaging Saudi Arabic that reflects the brand's voice.

* Create content and campaign ideas relevant to Saudi audiences, their interests, and local occasions.

* Plan and execute social media campaigns, define their objectives, messaging, and timelines, and track results.

* Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and ongoing performance optimization.

* Schedule posts and identify effective publishing times based on audience activity and performance data.

* Manage comments and messages, encourage engagement, and build relationships with followers.

* Monitor trends and adapt relevant ones to the brand's content.

* Prepare concise content and campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

* Create simple designs and make basic edits using Canva or Photoshop, coordinating with a designer when needed.

*The role's main focus is social media management, campaigns, and creative Saudi Arabic content, supported by intermediate design skills.*
