Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position statement:

1. Strategic Communication

· Develop and execute PR strategies for enhanced brand visibility and industry reputation.

· Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR channels.

2· Content development

Create engaging content, including articles, press releases, feature stories, speeches, etc.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.

3. Media & influencer relations

· Foster strong relationships with key media outlets across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.

· Proactively secure positive media coverage for company initiatives and partnerships.

4. Event Management

· Plan and execute PR events and product launches to enhance the company's profile.

· Coordinate with internal teams for maximum impact on the public image.

5. Social Media

· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.

· Identify target demographics and create audience-specific campaigns.

· Create engaging content for various platforms and monitor channels for timely responses.

· Manage social media advertising budgets effectively for maximum ROI.

· Utilize data-driven tools for monitoring campaign analytics and making recommendations.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including customer education and awareness standards.

· Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)

· 5+ years of proven work experience as a PR & Social Media Executive or similar

· Proven experience in developing and managing social media & influencer strategies.

· Excellent with Google Analytics and other platforms

· Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword search

· Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Location: Mainly in the UAE, with the possibility of travel around MEA countries and China
