Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are actively looking for Social Media Marketing Specialist ,who develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement.

Location: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management

Create engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms (Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories).

Film, edit, and produce video content in-house.

Stay up-to-date with Instagram and TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates.

Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand voice and goals.

Ensure all content reflects identity and messaging.

• Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.

Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior.

Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, audience interactions).

• Influencer & Partnership Management

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.

Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.

Track and measure influencer campaign performance.

• Paid Media

Support and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads).

Assist in budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Events & Campaigns

Support marketing and promotional strategies for events.

Capture and create real-time content during events.

Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital platforms.

Requirement:

Minimum 2 yrs of experience in similar field

Experience in Marketing agencies handling multiple industries and accounts is an added advantage

Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred according to the nature of the job
