We are seeking a talented social media marketing specialist to join our dynamic team!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage & build brand awareness, and drive engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create, implement, and monitor innovative social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify current social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze competitors strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Content Creation:

  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Develop content calendars to organize posts and campaigns.

Performance Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates).
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media ROI and KPIs.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ensure proper audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
  • Measure ad performance and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to align messaging across all channels.
  • Partner with influencers and industry leaders for collaborations or sponsored content.

Social Media Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with new social media tools, best practices, and technologies.
  • Experiment with interactive features (polls, reels, stories, live streams) to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience +2 as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
