About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is fully remote and offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time candidates.

You'll be responsible for building our online presence, generating leads, and driving engagement across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Plan and schedule content (posts, reels, short-form videos)
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Track performance and report on key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
• Create simple graphics/videos (Canva or similar tools)
• Collaborate with sales/marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform changes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of content creation and audience engagement
• Basic experience with paid ads (Meta/Google is a plus)
• Good writing and communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently (remote environment)
• Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, automation, or video content
