We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Full-Time | Obour City)

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Obour City. If you have a proven track record of growing digital communities, crafting engaging content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics, we want to hear from you.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute creative social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Build comprehensive monthly content calendars, write compelling copy/captions in both Arabic and English, and coordinate with the video editing/design team for visual assets.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments/DMs promptly, and foster an active community.
• Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rates) to continuously optimize content performance.
• Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep our brand relevant.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Copywriting: Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic (native/fluent) and English.
• Execution: Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, audience retention, and organic growth tactics.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with in-house videographers and graphic designers to translate concepts into high-performing content.
• Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Type: Full-time (8 hours / day)
• Location: Obour City (On-site)
• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and previous case studies/portfolio
