About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist with a strong interest in audio production and digital media. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, create engaging multimedia content, and showcase our audio projects including podcasts, sound design, and production work across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute social media strategies to promote audio content, new releases, and behind-the-scenes material.

* Create visually and sonically engaging posts, reels, and stories using project highlights, studio sessions, and sound snippets.

* Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

* Collaborate with the audio production team to plan content calendars aligned with project schedules.

* Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

* Stay updated on social media trends in the audio and entertainment industry.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in the music, podcast, or audio field).

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

* Basic knowledge of audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar) is a plus.

* Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

* Creativity and attention to detail.

* Preference for graduates from GUC or MIU
