About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with experience in either the automotive industry or marketing agencies. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media activities across all platforms.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy.
• Create engaging content (captions, visuals, short-form videos).
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and generate insights-driven reports.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform changes.
• Engage with audience and build strong online communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing within the automotive industry OR a marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Experience in paid ads and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
