Job Description
- Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand policies.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, comments, and messages with accuracy and professionalism.
- Moderate user-generated content and ensure it meets quality and brand standards.
- Identify and report trends and insights derived from social media interactions and analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and best practices in social media.
- Assist in the creation of social media content, including but not limited to reels, stories, and live sessions.
- Monitor competitors social media presence and activities.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a social media moderator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
