Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsive and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to manage incoming messages and support the content creation process. This role is crucial in maintaining fast communication and a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms
Follow up with potential leads and guide them through the process
Maintain a friendly, professional tone aligned with the brand
Assist in creating content (posts, captions, stories, scripts)
Escalate important issues to the relevant team
Track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed
Follow up with leads to encourage them to complete registration/purchase
Keep records of common questions and customer feedback
Requirements:
Previous experience in social media management or customer support
Strong written communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Ability to respond quickly and professionally
Basic content creation skills
Organized and able to handle multiple conversations
Work Conditions & Benefits:
Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Working Hours: Rotational
Days Off: 2 days/week
