We're looking for a Social Media Moderator to own our digital front line — managing our platforms, engaging our audience, and converting online conversations into real business opportunities.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

Manage and monitor our official pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and within agreed SLAs

Qualify inbound leads and route them to the Sales team

Handle complaints and negative feedback in a way that protects brand reputation

Support the Marketing team in planning and executing the monthly content plan and campaigns

Assist in content creation, scheduling, and simple visuals (Canva or equivalent)

Track engagement, response time, and lead conversion through monthly reports

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management & community moderation

Excellent Arabic writing skills | Good English

Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and MS Office

Fast, organized, confident, and able to work independently

Willing to cover a scheduled after-hours monitoring rotation (planned in advance)
