Role Summary
The Social Media Moderator will serve as the frontline coordinator of iSpark's online presence,
primarily focusing on responsive engagement, content scheduling, and performance analysis.
They will ensure all interactions reflect our brand tone while driving community growth and
campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to all messages and comments across channels using our brand tone to
maintain consistent branding and youth engagement.
• Create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar for regular posting on all platforms,
aligning with campaign timelines and events.
• Follow up with relevant team members to gather campaigns materials, respond to inquiries,
and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor comments, posts and messages on assigned channels, flagging issues, moderating
content, and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Track post insights and performance metrics using platform analytics tools.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; bilingual (Arabic/
English) is a plus.
• 1-2 years in social media management, moderation, or community engagement, ideally in
youth-focused or digital marketing environments.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their tools.
• Strong organizational skills for calendar management and cross-team coordination.
