Job Title: Social Media Operations Specialist (Automotive)

Location:Multiple Locations — Riyadh & Dubai

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven professional to lead the overall operational strategy for AVATR's official social marketing channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our official website. This includes developing annual/quarterly operation plans, establishing KPI evaluation systems, coordinating cross-platform content integration, and managing content scheduling to ensure a consistent and timely brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute high-quality graphics, video, and live-streaming content by combining corporate events, brand tone, product marketing rhythms, and trending topics. Manage daily content publishing, scheduling, and page maintenance for official accounts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Establish an operational data monitoring system and regularly generate reports on core metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates. Monitor and benchmark social media trends of key competitors and leading automotive manufacturers to provide data support for strategy optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Continuously track algorithm changes, feature updates, and user trends across various social media platforms. Proactively adjust operational strategies and explore innovative approaches (such as short videos, live streaming, and influencer collaborations) to amplify the brand's voice and influence in new media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Chinese Literature, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the algorithms and operational logic of mainstream social media platforms, with a portfolio of successful account management cases.
  • Solid copywriting and content planning skills, with the ability to independently complete thematic planning and scriptwriting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in image processing and video editing software is a plus.
  • Highly sensitive to online trends with strong creativity, capable of integrating trends with automotive products for secondary creation.
