Social Media Sales Executive - Cosmetics & Skincare

Job Purpose

Responsible for promoting and selling cosmetics and skincare products through social media and digital channels, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong online customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly.
• Convert social media leads and inquiries into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers.
• Follow up with potential customers through chat, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Create and share basic product-related content such as posts, stories, photos, and videos.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns, orders, and customer support.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales generated.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and digital sales KPIs.
• Monitor customer feedback, competitors, and social media trends.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in social media sales, online sales, e-commerce, retail sales, or digital selling.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to convert online inquiries into sales.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• Basic content creation and product presentation skills.
• UAE experience in cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle products, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
