GI Properties is expanding its Marketing Division and seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to enhance our digital presence across the UAE.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in content strategy, storytelling, and trend-driven engagement without the need to manage paid advertising campaigns. You will lead the planning and execution of our social media strategy and work closely with our in-house videographers and editors to produce high-impact, engaging content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Real estate experience is preferred
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to brief and direct video content
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and audience behavior
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset supported by data-driven decision-making
