This is a full-time on-site opportunity, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the company's online voice and driving marketing performance.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage community engagement
• Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality content
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools
• Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Must be a Saudi national
