We are a leading real estate marketing company in Egypt with nearly 20 years of industry experience. We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team immediately and drive our digital presence to the next level.
**Position Overview:**
This role requires expertise in managing multi-platform campaigns and delivering measurable results across Meta, TikTok, and Google ecosystems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
- Create and manage TikTok content campaigns tailored to real estate audiences
- Implement Google SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Design and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Manage paid advertising budgets effectively across all platforms
- Create engaging content (copy, visuals, videos) aligned with brand identity
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with business objectives
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) managing Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Demonstrable expertise in TikTok content creation and advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google SEO best practices and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in Arabic and English
- Understanding of real estate marketing is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and results
**Technical Skills:**
- Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads & Google Analytics
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Basic video editing capabilities
