We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with strong, proven experience in managing LinkedIn company pages and professional LinkedIn accounts. This is the first priority and mandatory requirement for this role. The candidate must be able to create professional English content for a B2B audience, manage LinkedIn posting calendars, improve brand visibility, and support company positioning through consistent and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities· Manage and grow the company LinkedIn page.
· Support professional LinkedIn accounts for senior management when required.
· Create LinkedIn posts, captions, short articles, announcements, campaigns, and thought-leadership content.
· Build and manage a clear LinkedIn content calendar.
· Monitor LinkedIn performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
· Research industry trends, competitors, market updates, and content opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical and business information and convert it into clear professional content.
· Support brand awareness and lead-generation activities through LinkedIn content.
· Maintain a professional, consistent, and corporate tone across all content.
Mandatory Requirements· Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages and/or professional LinkedIn accounts.
· Strong English writing skills at a professional business level.
· Strong content creation skills, especially for LinkedIn.
· Good understanding of B2B communication and corporate content.
· Ability to share examples or links of LinkedIn pages, accounts, posts, or campaigns previously managed.
· Must currently live in Cairo, Egypt.
Preferred Experience - Strong Added Value· Previous experience working with B2B companies, technology companies, software companies, consultancy firms, training companies, AI, digital transformation, or professional services.
· Experience using AI tools to support content writing, idea generation, research, captions, post optimization, visuals, or video content. Examples may include ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Copilot, Notion AI, or similar tools.
· Experience in executive personal branding for CEOs, founders, businessmen, consultants, or public figures.
· Ability to write thought-leadership content from the voice of senior executives.
· Basic video editing or montage skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms.
· Ability to create short professional videos or reels from company events, meetings, training sessions, or business highlights.
