Job Description
Provide monthly briefs and strategic direction to the Agency for engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and captions)
Review and approve content calendars and media plans
Follow up on execution and ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
Coordinate with marketing, and sales teams for content planning and execution.
Monitor performance across engagement, reach, and lead generation
Follow up on moderation on social media accounts, make sure comments, messages, and inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain an active online community.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, and launches.
Monitor brand mentions, comments, and reviews across social platforms.
Address negative feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and social media best practices.
