The Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist BAIC is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing BAIC's social media presence across all digital platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, enhancing engagement, and supporting sales objectives through strategic content, paid media campaigns, and performance-driven digital initiatives.The position ensures full alignment with BAIC global brand guidelines and PETROMIN identity standards while maintaining a strong local market relevance in KSA.

- 1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with BAIC marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create engaging automotive-focused content (static, reels, stories, short-form videos).
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure consistency with BAIC global CI and local brand positioning.
- Plan product launches, showroom openings, seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, Year-End).
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to optimize content direction.

- Paid Media & Lead Generation
- Support execution of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with digital agencies (if applicable) for campaign funding and setup.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL, engagement, and reach.
- Ensure proper CRM integration and tracking of digital leads.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in budget allocation planning based on campaign objectives.

- Community Management & Engagement Manage all BAIC social media accounts and ensure timely responses to inquiries and comments.
- Coordinate with CRM and sales teams for lead follow-up.
- Maintain brand tone of voice and positive brand reputation.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
- Implement engagement strategies to grow followers and improve interaction rates.

- Performance Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports (CPL, CPM, CTR, engagement rate, reach, impressions).
- Track campaign ROI and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze audience behavior and recommend content improvements.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) effectively.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

Fluency in English & Arabic
