Social Media Video Editor - Freelancer

This is a temporary, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.

We are looking for a Social Media Video Editor to support TOD's Marketing team by creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish daily content across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce fast-turnaround short-form video edits for matchdays, live moments, campaigns, and key entertainment releases.
• Write and adapt platform-native copy in line with TOD's tone of voice.
• Cover live sports and entertainment moments in real time with rapid editorial output.
• Adapt campaign assets into tactical social formats and platform-specific sizes.
• Monitor social media trends and identify reactive content opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency, quality, and visual standards across all published content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing & Brand team on the content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Support community engagement by identifying high-traction conversations and user-generated content opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future content.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media content creation and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media trends and short-form video content.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver content quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
