We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & YouTube Content Manager to manage our digital presence and lead the production of video content across YouTube and social media platforms.
This role focuses on content creation, video production, publishing, and positioning turning long-form YouTube content into engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms while maintaining a strong, professional brand voice.
Key Responsibilities YouTube Content & Video ProductionPlan, coordinate, and produce YouTube video content (educational, expert talks, interviews, behind-the-scenes, brand storytelling)
Manage the full video production cycle including filming setup, editing, and thumbnails
Upload and schedule videos on YouTube
Optimize videos for YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps)
Maintain consistency in posting and branding
Key Responsibilities Social Media Content ManagementRepurpose YouTube videos into Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn videos
Create platform-specific captions and hashtags
Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar
Ensure content aligns with a professional, educational, and trustworthy tone
Content Strategy & Brand PositioningDevelop content ideas aligned with company services and goals
Support personal brand positioning of company leadership
Research trends, formats, and hooks relevant to business and entrepreneurship
Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor content performance (views, reach, engagement)
Analyze results and suggest improvements
Test new formats, thumbnails, hooks, and posting times
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential:
Proven experience managing social media and video content
Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Ability to create engaging short-form video content
Strong English communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with business, consulting, or real estate content
Basic design skills (Canva, thumbnails)
Knowledge of YouTube growth strategies
Arabic and/or Russian language skills
