We are looking for a Social Standards Specialist to join our team immediately on a twomonth contract.
About the Role
The Social Standards Specialist supports in the review and development of professional standards and regulatory documents related to social care professionals. This role will play a critical part in supporting the ongoing revision of regulatory frameworks covering areas such as education and practical experience standards, continuing professional development (CPD), codes of ethics, and licensing procedures.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience in standards development, regulatory frameworks, or policy development.
- A strong professional background in social care, healthcare, education, or professional regulation.
- Demonstrated ability in technical writing and drafting regulatory or policy documents in both Arabic and English.
- Experience conducting international benchmarking and analyzing global best practices.
- The capability to provide technical review and validation of standards related to competencies, ethics, education, and CPD.
- Preferred experience includes working with government or regulatory authorities, familiarity with competency frameworks and professional licensing systems, and exposure to consultation or stakeholder engagement processes.
