Qualifications
- Bachelor's degrees in the related fields
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Fluent spoken & written English is a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Having a disciplined approach to process controls
- Good communication skills with internal and external customers
- Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- In order to ensure supplier compliance with the institution's health, safety, and social standards; to carry out field inspections and follow up on corrective action practices that need to be taken according to the results of the inspection; to support social sustainability projects; to manage and develop the follow-up processes of license applications and inspections; and to focus on accountability by achieving KPI targets.
- Follows the bidding process of the audits to be carried out by the third-party audit firm before the audit.
- Supports the Corporate Academy Department in the preparation and delivery of LC Waikiki Social Compliance Trainings.
- Monitors the Social Sustainability Management KPI data periodically and annually and shares it with the department manager.
- Inspects companies for pre-approval for urgent production and shares them with the relevant parties.
- When necessary, LC Waikiki holds a warning meeting with suppliers who have been audited in the Social Compliance system and received warnings.
- Conducts the necessary field inspections in each operational region according to LC Waikiki Social Compliance standards.
- Plans, conducts, and reports audits according to suppliers periodic audit dates.
