Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java and Calypso scripting
- Customize and support treasury systems on the Calypso platform
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and deployments
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Support integration with other banking and financial systems
- Strong experience in Java development
- Hands-on experience with Calypso scripting and treasury systems
- Understanding of financial products (derivatives, securities, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
Essential Skills
- Good experience is java development and calypso customization
- Devops in calypso - Gradle
- Integration, upstream and downstream system - FIX, Microservices, KAFKA
- Experience in Front office, back office, middle office, and risk
- Mostly on technical side and integration – should know customization side
- Treasury mandatory products : FX and IRD
- Calypso architecture is mandatory
- Calypso version required – 16, 17 and 18
- Experience in Workflow and engine configuration
