Soft Facility Manager

• Manage a group of chiefs and team leaders to ensure PPMs and deep Maintenance programs are

coordinated, controlled, and reported to guarantee the highest level of service.

• Ensuring proper manpower deployment of male and female staff to deliver services promptly in line with SLA and contractual obligations.

• Review and validate PPM, CM reports for backlogs and breaches, in addition to rescheduling tasks

where applicable to avoid operational impact

• Develop MRP for cleaning items and tools to ensure effective service delivery

• Develop and maintain strong and supportive business relationships with clients, FMMA, and other

stakeholders.

• Ensure that operational activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for

HSEQ, legal and statutory requirements, and the general duty of care.

• Develop and prepare all periodic progress, technical, and innovation reports, as required.

• Develop, manage & apply the annual training plan of the cleaning staff covering the technical

aspects & Trade skills training.

• Monitor and evaluate performance levels of lead employees. Proactively identify opportunities to

improve performance Indicators.

• Develop, lead, motivate, and inspire a professional team, enabling them to meet both personal and

business targets.

• Develop policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOP's) for the delivery of

required TFM services for all the facilities

• Communicate effectively with the technical team, project stakeholders, client, and FMMA.

• Maintain a high-level coordination with the HSEQ team to ensure that HSEQ practices and policies are

being followed in all of the site's operational activities.

• Perform site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects, and provide facility audit

and inspect the quality of the performed service.

• Responsible for providing and enhance in line with QHSE team the waste management plans.

• Validate soft contractual requirements and ensure all are delivered in-house or through outsourcing where applicable
